Yanco CAT-1273 Catering Melamine 15" x 12.5" x 5" Sheer Bowl 4.5 qt, White — Case of 6

The Sheer bowl breaks from the squares and rounds elsewhere in this collection: fifteen inches one way, twelve and a half the other, with a sculpted asymmetric wall that rises to five inches.

It is a display piece as much as a serving one, and it tends to go at the head of a station where the shape can actually be seen. Four and a half quarts is a working volume, a full salad for a table of thirty, a mound of dressed slaw, a punch of cut melon. The irregular outline will not tessellate against the square bowls, so plan it as a standalone rather than part of a row.
