A long rectangular platter, 13-3/4 inches by 5, with a 5/8-inch rise — the shallowest of all the oblong pieces Cambria makes. That narrow, nearly flat surface is built for linear plating: a row of appetisers, a sushi service, three desserts in a line, a bread-and-oil setting run down a table.

Five inches of width is the constraint to design around; anything with height on it will read as crowded. The CA-515 is the same shape stretched to nearly sixteen inches and half an inch wider. Two dozen per carton makes this the higher-volume order of the two rectangles; the CA-515 ships one dozen.
