Thirty ounces, 7-1/2 inches across and 3-1/4 inches deep — a true noodle bowl, with the depth-to-width ratio that keeps broth hot and noodles submerged under it. The steep wall is the feature; a thirty-ounce vessel built wide and shallow would cool a broth service within minutes of leaving the pass.

This is the smaller of Cambria's two noodle bowls. The CA-409 runs an inch wider and a quarter-inch deeper at forty-five ounces, which is a large-format portion; this one is the standard single serving. Two dozen to a carton. For noodle dishes plated without much liquid, the shallower CA-408 trades depth for surface.
