Ten inches of upright-rim dinner plate — the 200-series answer to the CA-110, half an inch narrower and with a standing edge in place of a rolled one. The visual effect is a tighter frame around the plating surface, which is why this profile turns up in restaurants plating European-style rather than on buffet lines.

A dozen per carton, and a rim height shared with the CA-208 and the CA-212, makes it easy to stock deep alongside the rest of the series. The usable face is noticeably smaller than the CA-212's, so if portions run large or the kitchen plates with negative space, step up rather than compensate by crowding this one.
