An eight-and-three-quarter-inch pan well, two and three-quarter inches deep, on a handle that brings the overall length to fourteen and a half inches — the larger of Black Pearl's two pan servers, and a serving-for-the-table size rather than a single portion. The extra inch and three-quarters of well diameter is roughly half again the floor area of the seven-inch version.

Depth stays the same, so the sauce level rises more slowly as the pan fills. Melamine carries the skillet shape at this scale without the weight cast iron brings to a dining table, and the handle stays cool in a server's hand across a long room.
