Yanco BP-5013 Black Pearl Melamine 13" x 7-1/2" x 1" Display Platter, Black — Case of 12 (1 dz)

Thirteen inches by seven and a half, rim an inch high — the long display platter in Black Pearl, and the one that suits a line rather than a cluster: a row of canapes, a fanned sashimi presentation, a sequence of desserts walked out to a table together. The extra two inches over the eleven-inch platter buy a noticeably longer run without widening the piece, so it still fits across a standard buffet rail.

The rim contains a sauce or a dressing that would otherwise travel. Melamine at this span stays rigid enough not to flex when it is picked up off-center, which is where a thin ceramic platter of the same length gives way.
