Yanco BP-4032 Black Pearl Melamine 8-1/2" x 3-1/2" Double Sauce Bowl 6 oz Each, Black — Case of 48 (4 dz)

Six ounces per well is a different job from the two-ounce dishes: this is a shared vessel for a table's dipping sauce, salsa, or a pair of dressings, and at eight and a half inches long it reaches across a board rather than sitting in one cover. The two bowls are deep enough to spoon from without scraping, and the connecting body gives a server a cool place to hold when the wells are full.

Its twin-round outline, rather than a plain rectangle, gives a buffet rail something to break the line of square trays. Melamine keeps the whole piece light despite the span, and the matte surface will not ring against a metal tray.
