The one-inch depth is what sets the 2200 run apart from Black Pearl's flat rectangles: these have a real wall, so they hold something loose. At seven inches it is the compact end of that run and sits comfortably alongside a dinner plate without taking a place setting of its own. With no rated liquid capacity it is a deep plate rather than a bowl, meant to be eaten from directly. Four dozen to a case, matte black melamine, dishwasher safe at commercial temperatures.
