Thirteen and a quarter inches on each side, with a one-inch edge — a square platter built for display as much as service. The face runs to roughly a hundred and seventy-five square inches, which handles a full antipasto spread, a dessert selection or a tower arrangement without the food reaching the lip.

An inch and a quarter of extra span over the 12" platter does not sound like much until the piece is loaded: it is the difference between one row of plated canapes and two. The wall stays at a single inch, so the profile reads low and the food sits forward. Yanco packs these a dozen to a case. Matte black melamine at this size stays rigid and will not flex under a loaded centre the way a thin polycarbonate tray does, and it comes out of a commercial wash cycle unmarked.
