Yanco BP-1012 Black Pearl Melamine 12" Round Plate, Black — Case of 12 (1 dz)

Twelve inches of round with a 1-1/4" wall, the largest round in the Black Pearl line and the one used for sharing. A 12" face takes a whole pizza, a family-style stir fry, a charcuterie spread or an entree plated with deliberate negative space around it.

The extra quarter inch of wall over the 10-1/2" matters more than the two inches of diameter: it is what lets this plate hold a wet dish — mussels, a braise, noodles in broth — without a spill on the way out. Twelve to a case, one dozen, which is the pack size Yanco uses for its serving pieces. Melamine keeps a plate this broad manageable; the same footprint in stoneware is heavy enough that staff set it down hard. Matte black, dishwasher safe.
