Yanco BP-0105 Black Pearl Melamine 5-1/2" Square Dish 6 oz, Black — Case of 48 (4 dz)

The 5-1/2" square dish, 1-1/2" deep, rated at 6 ounces. This is where the series crosses over from accent piece to a vessel a diner eats a whole course from: a rice portion, a small noodle serving, a side of curry, a shared appetizer for two.

The deeper well changes how it behaves on the table. Liquid stays put when the dish is carried at an angle, and the taller wall gives a fork something to push against. Yanco packs this size 48 to a case, four dozen, rather than the six dozen used for the two smaller squares, which reflects how it is actually bought — in service-sized lots. Matte black melamine, dishwasher safe, with the squared corner profile shared across the Black Pearl squares.
