Yanco BM-811CL Birmingham Melamine 11-1/8" x 7" x 3-1/4" Deep Mediterranean Bowl 20 oz, Clay and Black — Case of 12 (1 dz)

The clay-and-black BM-811CL is a wide, deep bowl: eleven and an eighth inches across, three and a quarter down, twenty ounces. It is sized for one substantial course rather than a side, taking a noodle soup with everything in it, a curry over rice, or a stew that leaves room for bread on the tray.

Clay and dark liquid

Broths and curries mark pale interiors quickly. A clay-toned well takes that in its stride and keeps an even appearance after a season of service. The outer wall stays black, and the brushed texture runs over both faces, so a scuff picked up in the wash does not announce itself on a bowl this size.
