Yanco BM-608TL Birmingham Melamine 8-3/4" x 5" x 1-1/4" Rarebit Dish 10 oz, Teal Interior and Black Exterior — Case of 48 (4 dz)

Teal inside, black outside, and an oval footprint of eight and three-quarters by five inches. The BM-608TL holds ten ounces in a shallow inch-and-a-quarter well, so a portion sits wide and flat rather than deep, which keeps a crust or a browned top visible once the dish reaches the table.

A shape with a long rim

Ovals present a lot of edge, and edge is where a ceramic version would fail in a busy pit. This one does not chip, and the teal stays even along the lip. Pair it with the grey and clay ovals on a mixed appetiser board if you want colour without changing the plating geometry at all.
