The green BM-608GR is the same eight-and-three-quarter-inch oval as the other three in the rarebit family, finished with a green well inside a black wall. Ten ounces, an inch and a quarter deep. Shallow ovals suit anything you would otherwise arrange and garnish: a pair of stuffed shells, grilled vegetables, a single-serve shepherd's pie.
