Yanco BM-607TL Birmingham Melamine 7" x 1-1/2" Deep Dish With Handle 16 oz, Teal Interior and Black Exterior — Case of 24 (2 dz)

Teal is a declarative colour, and at seven inches this handled deep dish works well when the food is plain: steamed rice, white beans, a pale gratin. Sixteen ounces fill the inch-and-a-half well without reaching the rim, and the integrated handle keeps fingers off a hot wall.

Teal interior, black exterior

The two-tone moulding puts colour where a diner sees it and nowhere else, so the underside stays black and shows nothing after a season in bus tubs. Brushed texture runs across both faces. Of the four interiors offered here, teal is the one that wants restraint in what goes into it.
