Yanco BM-607GR Birmingham Melamine 7" x 1-1/2" Deep Dish With Handle 16 oz, Green Interior and Black Exterior — Case of 24 (2 dz)

Green interior against a black rim makes a plain sixteen-ounce portion look composed: herbed rice, a scoop of creamed spinach, mac and cheese under a crust. The BM-607GR is seven inches wide with an inch-and-a-half well and a cast-in handle, so hot servings leave the line and reach the table in one movement.

Built for repeat service

Melamine takes the knocks that end a stoneware dish, and it comes out of a commercial machine without crazing along the handle root, which is where a ceramic version gives way. The brushed finish carried across this collection disguises the fine marks cutlery leaves behind on glossier surfaces. Serve heat in it; never apply heat to it.
