Yanco BM-508GR Birmingham Melamine 8-1/2" x 1-3/4" Deep Dish 24 oz, Green Interior and Black Exterior — Case of 24 (2 dz)

Ramen, a noodle salad, a shared portion of roasted vegetables for the middle of a table: twenty-four ounces across eight and a half inches handles the food that needs width more than depth. The green interior lifts a broth or a sauce that would otherwise read brown.

An inch and three quarters of wall holds the liquid; black wraps the outside of the dish. Set three or four along the middle of a table and the run reads as one service rather than a collection of odd vessels. Birmingham melamine takes the chopstick and fork traffic that this kind of service generates without scoring visibly. Twenty-four pieces arrive in a carton.
