Yanco BM-508 Birmingham Melamine 8-1/2" x 1-3/4" Deep Dish 24 oz, Gray Interior and Black Exterior — Case of 24 (2 dz)

Twenty-four ounces across eight and a half inches with an inch and three quarters of wall is the pasta format: wide enough that a portion spreads instead of mounding, deep enough that the sauce pools in the middle where it belongs.

The same dish also takes a mussel service, a shared side for two, or a breakfast of eggs with everything on one surface. Gray inside, black outside. Melamine at eight and a half inches is markedly lighter than the china equivalent, and the brushed finish keeps it from looking like plastic under a hard downlight. Two dozen per carton.
