Yanco BM-507TL Birmingham Melamine 7-1/2" x 1-1/2" Deep Dish 16 oz, Teal Interior and Black Exterior — Case of 48 (4 dz)

A salad course that sits between a side and an entree needs about sixteen ounces, and seven and a half inches gives it room to look composed rather than piled. The teal interior reads cool and clean under greens and citrus.

The wall is an inch and a half deep, which contains a vinaigrette; the exterior of the dish is black. Birmingham melamine resists the scratching that tongs and salad servers inflict over a season of buffet duty. Forty-eight travel in a carton, enough to cover a mid-size dining room through a full turn.
