Yanco BM-507GR Birmingham Melamine 7-1/2" x 1-1/2" Deep Dish 16 oz, Green Interior and Black Exterior — Case of 48 (4 dz)

Curry and rice, a tagine portion, a serving of chili that needs containing: sixteen ounces in a seven and a half inch dish covers the one-course meals that a flat surface cannot hold. The green interior gives a yellow or red sauce a sharper edge than gray would.

An inch and a half of depth, black outside, brushed texture across both faces. Melamine means the kitchen can send these out to a patio service where breakage would otherwise be a weekly line item. Of the four sizes in the run this is the one a kitchen tends to settle on for a plated lunch, since it carries a full portion without looking overloaded. Cartons contain forty-eight.
