Yanco BM-506CL Birmingham Melamine 6-1/2" x 1-1/4" Deep Dish 12 oz, Clay and Black — Case of 48 (4 dz)

Twelve ounces in a six and a half inch dish, finished in clay inside and black outside. The profile is shallow enough to work as a landing surface for a composed starter and deep enough to hold a sauce underneath without it running off.

Clay suits grilled and roasted food, where the browning in the pan sits in the same register as the vessel itself. An inch and a quarter of wall gives the twelve ounces somewhere to go. Melamine keeps the weight manageable through a long service. Forty-eight pieces per carton.
