Yanco BM-506 Birmingham Melamine 6-1/2" x 1-1/4" Deep Dish 12 oz, Gray Interior and Black Exterior — Case of 48 (4 dz)

An inch wider than the five and a half inch version and a quarter inch deeper, the six and a half inch dish takes twelve ounces where the smaller one takes eight. That extra margin is the difference between a side of roasted potatoes that fits and one that spills.

The wall stands an inch and a quarter. Gray and black, brushed on both surfaces. Operators who run several Birmingham sizes together tend to use this one as the workhorse middle: too large for a condiment, too shallow for soup, about right for everything in between. Four dozen per carton.
