Yanco BM-505GR Birmingham Melamine 5-1/2" x 1" Deep Dish 8 oz, Green Interior and Black Exterior — Case of 48 (4 dz)

Eight ounces, five and a half inches across, one inch deep: this is the format for a vegetable side that needs to stay separate from the main — green beans, a spoon of succotash, pickles that would otherwise bleed into everything around them.

The green interior is a straightforward signal on a line where two or three sizes of the same dish are in play. The exterior is black. Melamine handles the temperature swing from a warming drawer to a cold table without the stress cracking that catches out thin ceramic. Cartons hold four dozen.
