Yanco BM-505 Birmingham Melamine 5-1/2" x 1" Deep Dish 8 oz, Gray Interior and Black Exterior — Case of 48 (4 dz)

A one-inch well across five and a half inches is a shape with a specific job: the dish holds eight ounces of something loose — olives, a bread service with oil, a side of roasted vegetables — without pretending to be a vessel for soup. The shallow profile means a diner can see everything in it at a glance.

Gray inside and black outside keeps the look restrained on a table that already has colour on it. Birmingham melamine takes the knife work that comes with bread and butter service, and four dozen in a carton covers a small dining room twice over.
