Yanco BM-407CL Birmingham Melamine 7-1/4" x 2-3/4" Cereal / Salad Bowl 30 oz, Clay and Black — Case of 24 (2 dz)

The clay version of the seven and a quarter inch salad bowl suits a grain-forward menu — farro, roasted squash, a tahini drizzle — where warm earth tones in the vessel do more for the food than a cool gray would.

Thirty ounces fills it to a comfortable level without pressing against the rim, and the two and three quarter inch wall contains a tossed salad. The outside stays black. Melamine at this diameter stays light in the hand, which matters when a server carries three at a time. Twenty-four per carton.
