Yanco BM-4004TL Birmingham Melamine 4" x 1-1/4" Sauce Dish 4 oz, Teal Interior and Black Exterior — Case of 72 (6 dz)

On a condiment rail where four or five sauces run side by side, colour is a quick way to stop a cook grabbing the wrong one; teal marks this four-inch, four-ounce dish clearly against the gray and green versions of the same mould.

Depth is an inch and a quarter, which holds a thick sauce without it sliding over the lip when the rail gets bumped. The exterior is black throughout. Melamine shrugs off the drop onto a stainless counter that would crack porcelain, and the finish comes through repeated wash cycles intact. Six dozen per carton.
