Yanco BM-4004GR Birmingham Melamine 4" x 1-1/4" Sauce Dish 4 oz, Green Interior and Black Exterior — Case of 72 (6 dz)

Green interiors do a quiet favour to anything red: salsa roja, gochujang, a smear of harissa all gain contrast in a four-inch well. The wall runs an inch and a quarter, deep enough that a four-ounce pour sits below the rim instead of threatening it when a tray tips.

Outside it is black, which keeps the colour from shouting across a buffet line. Birmingham's brushed melamine takes the scuffing of stacked storage better than a gloss finish, where every scratch shows as a white line. Cartons hold seventy-two pieces, matched to the three-inch dish so a kitchen can order both in the same rhythm.
