Yanco BM-4004 Birmingham Melamine 4" x 1-1/4" Sauce Dish 4 oz, Gray Interior and Black Exterior — Case of 72 (6 dz)

Step up from the three-inch dish and you get double the pour: four ounces in a four-inch well with a wall just over an inch deep. That is enough for a ranch portion, a side of au jus, or a small serving of pickled vegetables set down beside a sandwich.

Gray inside and black outside, the two-tone treatment reads as deliberate rather than accidental when several sit together on a condiment caddy. The melamine body stays cool to handle after a trip through the machine, and six dozen arrive per carton for kitchens that go through them steadily.
