Yanco BM-4003TL Birmingham Melamine 3" x 1" Sauce Dish 2 oz, Teal Interior and Black Exterior — Case of 72 (6 dz)

A teal well inside a black rim makes a two-ounce pour of soy or ponzu easy to spot on a dark tray, which matters when a server reads a sushi board at arm's length. The dish measures three inches across with a one-inch wall, so it holds a dipping portion without crowding whatever it sits beside.

Melamine means it can go from the warewasher straight back to the pass, and the brushed finish keeps the teal from looking glassy under warm lights. A carton carries six dozen, the kind of quantity a busy counter burns through between deep cleans.
