Yanco BM-309CL Birmingham Melamine 9-1/2" x 2-1/2" Salad / Pasta Bowl 30 oz, Clay and Black — Case of 24 (2 dz)

The clay 30 ounce bowl is Birmingham's answer to the ceramic ramen bowl, and it does the job at a fraction of the weight. Nine and a half inches across, two and a half deep, with the terracotta well running right up to a black outer edge.

Clay bowl for pasta and grain service

That warm interior suits anything with a sauce on it: a bolognese, a curry, a grain bowl piled with roasted vegetables. Capacity is 30 ounces to the rim, so a working fill around 24 leaves headroom for tossing. The brushed finish does not show the oil film a gloss glaze picks up between washes.
