Yanco BM-111GR Birmingham Melamine 11-1/2" x 1-1/4" Round Plate, Green Interior and Black Exterior — Case of 12 (1 dz)

An 11-1/2 inch green round is a statement in a melamine range that otherwise plays things straight. It shows up on buffets, at chef's tables, and anywhere a kitchen wants the plate itself to be read as part of the course rather than as the thing underneath it.

Green, 11-1/2 inches

The well is 1-1/4 inch deep, identical to the dinner size, so nothing about handling or stacking changes as the diameter grows. What does change is the weight: melamine keeps an 11-1/2 inch piece light enough to carry three-up, which is the practical reason operations choose it over ceramic at this span.
