The BK-610 is the full-size quiche dish: nine and three-quarter inches across, an inch and a half deep, forty-two ounces. That is a whole quiche for six to eight covers, a deep-dish fruit crumble, or a baked pasta brought out in the vessel it cooked in.

Depth scales with diameter here. The BK-605 and BK-607 run an inch and an inch and a quarter respectively; this one needs an inch and a half to carry a full custard without the centre staying loose. Bright white chinaware takes direct oven heat and commercial dishwashing. One dozen fills a case.
