Seven inches across and an inch and a quarter deep, the BK-607 takes eighteen ounces: a quiche cut into three or four wedges, a shared gratin, a cobbler for a small table. It is the two-to-three-cover dish in Yanco's quiche range, between the single-serve five-inch and the full ten-inch round.

The extra quarter inch of depth over the BK-605 is not incidental. A thicker custard needs it, and the wider base still browns evenly because the layer stays shallow relative to the surface above it. Oven, microwave and dishwasher safe chinaware in bright white, packed in dozens, two of them to each case.
