Yanco BK-010 Accessories Chinaware 10-1/4" x 7-1/2" x 2" Bake Bowl Super, Bright White — Case of 12 (1 dz)

The BK-010 is a deep oval bake bowl, ten and a quarter inches long by seven and a half wide with two inches of wall. Twenty ounces makes it a shared vessel rather than a single serving: a gratin for two, a baked dip set down in the middle of a table, a vegetable side brought out for a party of four.

The oval footprint sits well in a steam table or square on a wooden board for table service, and the bright white glaze leaves the food's own colour to do the work. Where the BK-002 and BK-006 ovals handle one cover each, this one carries a course for a table, which is why it is packed a dozen to a case rather than three.
