Yanco BA-406 Bamboo Style Melamine 6-1/2" x 3-3/4" Sheer Bowl 32 oz, Green and Light Gold — Case of 24 (2 dz)

The sheer bowl is a tall, steep-sided form: 6-1/2 inches across and 3-3/4 inches high, holding 32 ounces. Height rather than width is where that volume comes from, so it takes the same 32 ounces as the 7-inch BA-507 salad bowl in half an inch less table space.

That makes it useful for anything with depth, from a noodle soup to a stew or a salad dressed at the pass. Yanco catalogues the shape as a sheer bowl across several of its melamine and chinaware lines, and the Bamboo Style version carries the moulded grain around the full outside wall.
