Yanco AG-509 Agate Chinaware 9" Salad/Pasta Bowl 25 oz, Beige — Case of 24 (2 dz)

A nine-inch bowl holding twenty-five ounces, which puts the floor broad and the wall low. Pasta wants exactly that: an open surface so a sauce coats evenly and steam lifts away instead of condensing, with just enough wall to keep a twirl of linguine from travelling.

The same geometry serves a composed salad for one, a grain course, or a plated risotto. Four Agate rounds carry the salad and pasta name; this and the AG-609 are the individual portions, with the ten-and-a-half and twelve-inch sizes kept back for shared service. Two dozen to the case. Chinaware under the beige glaze, dishwasher safe and microwave safe.
