Yanco AG-214 Agate Chinaware 14" x 10" Coupe Platter, Beige — Case of 12 (1 dz)

A fourteen-inch platter, ten across, with a wall that lifts an inch and a half. This is banquet scale: a carved joint laid out in slices, a whole fish presented at the table, a hot vegetable in rotation on a buffet line.

Ten inches of width is what separates a server like this from a long narrow one. There is room to build two rows of food instead of one, which halves the number of trips a runner makes to the kitchen. The beige tone reads warm under heat lamps where bright white can look clinical. Chinaware, dishwasher and microwave safe. Twelve to the case.
