The Ardis bouillon cup holds 8 oz in a 4" bowl standing 2" tall — the classic broth-course vessel, sized for consomme, miso, a cup of soup beside half a sandwich, or a hot starter on a banquet cover.

At 8 oz it matches the AD-9016 soup mug exactly in capacity, but the bouillon cup stands 3/8" shallower, so broth cools faster and a soup spoon clears the rim more easily. Beside the 11 oz nappie bowl it holds three ounces less. Speckled beige melamine stays cool enough to handle where thin china would not, and the body will not craze around the base.
