Twenty-three by ten and a quarter inches with a two-inch wall, the longest of the three Fishia platters and the deepest. The extra wall height separates it from its shorter relatives, which sit at an inch and a quarter.

Two inches of depth means it can hold a fish in its cooking liquid, or a long gratin, rather than carrying something already dry. At nearly two feet of run it also becomes a table runner in its own right, which is how it tends to get used: one piece down the centre of a long table instead of three smaller platters spaced out.
