Yanco AC-28 Abco Chinaware 20" Platter, Bright White — Case of 2

Twenty inches is the largest round Abco makes, and it behaves as equipment rather than tableware. Two inches of rise at the edge gives the platter real capacity — a seafood display on ice, a whole-roast service, a dessert spread for forty — without anything migrating over the side.

Handling is the constraint. A loaded AC-28 wants two servers or a cart, and it will not fit a standard warewashing rack, so plan on hand washing and dedicated shelf space. Two to the case, which is as many as anyone sensibly stores.
