Yanco AC-26 Abco Chinaware 16" Platter, Bright White — Case of 4

Sixteen inches of round china is a buffet decision, not a place-setting one. The AC-26 platter carries a sheet of sliced meat, a tart cut into twelve, or a tower of fruit, and the inch-and-a-half rise at the rim gives a server something to grip through a cloth.

Round platters do something ovals cannot: they present the same from every seat, which is why they end up in the middle of banquet rounds and on rolling carts. Four to a case. Abco's fourteen-inch round is still a plate; two inches more and the same shape becomes a serving piece.
