Twelve inches of unbroken coupe face, rising just one inch at the edge. Under the owner's size rule a plain round stays a plate up to 14 inches, and in service that is right: this is a presentation plate for a composed main course, not something to pass around.

The extra two inches over the AC-10-C change how a dish reads. Negative space around a plated portion is a deliberate effect, and a coupe gives it to you with no rim line interrupting the white. The shallow rise also means it will not hold a loose sauce, so pair it with dry plating. It sits between the AC-10-C and the AC-14-C in Abco's rimless round run. Twelve in the case.
