A full quart of capacity in a 10-1/2 inch round, two inches deep. Thirty-two ounces is a dressed entree salad or a generous pasta portion, and the AC-11-S is cut with steeper interior walls than a plate of the same diameter so that tossed leaves stay put when the bowl is carried.

Volume is what separates it from the AC-105, which shares its diameter and depth but is built as a shallower basin. Where the AC-105 presents a sauced pasta flat, this one contains a mixed salad. Service staff can also use it as a mixing bowl at the pass for single-portion dressing. Rolled edge chinaware in white, twelve to the case, dishwasher and microwave safe.
