Sixteen inches long by five and three-quarters across, the WL-216 is the oval serving platter Woodland offers for a full family-style serve: two inches more length than the WL-214, and enough width for a dressed whole side of salmon or a long row of grilled vegetables.

At an inch and an eighth deep it has a genuine containing edge, not a decorative lip, so juices stay on the platter rather than on the tablecloth. The wood-look melamine reads as a carving board from across the room, and it washes down with the plates at the end of a shift. Packed one dozen to the case.
