The WL-214 is a fourteen-inch oval serving platter, five inches across, with an inch-and-an-eighth wall. That length takes a whole grilled fish, a half rack of ribs, or a flatbread cut into fingers, and the narrow width means two of them sit side by side on a standard banquet table without overhang.

Woodland's timber moulding runs the full length of the piece, so nothing breaks the grain where food is not sitting. The melamine body is break-resistant in a way a wooden plank of this span is not, and it washes without oiling or sanding. Cases hold one dozen, sized for an operator replacing breakage.
