The Winco SSTC-8F is an 8-1/2" stainless steel cover, the replacement lid for the Winco SSFP-8 / SSFP-8NS fry pans and SSSP-3 / SSSP-4 sauce pans. It seals in heat and moisture for simmering, holding and storage, and replaces a cover that has gone missing from the line.
18/8 stainless steel with a riveted handle; commercial dishwasher safe. Match it by the pan model in the fit list, or by measuring the inside rim of your pan against the 8-1/2" cover diameter.
