The Winco SSTC-80 is a 20-1/4" stainless steel cover, the replacement lid for the Winco SST-80 stock pot and SSLB-30 brazier. It seals in heat and moisture for simmering, holding and storage, and replaces a cover that has gone missing from the line.
18/8 stainless steel with a riveted handle; commercial dishwasher safe. Match it by the pan model in the fit list, or by measuring the inside rim of your pan against the 20-1/4" cover diameter.
