The Winco SSTC-8 is a 10" stainless steel cover, the replacement lid for the Winco SST-8 stock pot, SSFP-9 / SSFP-9NS fry pans, SSSP-6 and SSSP-7 sauce pans, SSDB-8 / SSDB-8S double boilers. It seals in heat and moisture for simmering, holding and storage, and replaces a cover that has gone missing from the line.
18/8 stainless steel with a riveted handle; commercial dishwasher safe. Match it by the pan model in the fit list, or by measuring the inside rim of your pan against the 10" cover diameter.
