The Winco SSTC-20 is a 12-3/8" stainless steel cover, the replacement lid for the Winco SST-20 stock pot and SSDB-20 / SSDB-20S double boilers. It seals in heat and moisture for simmering, holding and storage, and replaces a cover that has gone missing from the line.
18/8 stainless steel with a riveted handle; commercial dishwasher safe. Match it by the pan model in the fit list, or by measuring the inside rim of your pan against the 12-3/8" cover diameter.
