The Winco SSTC-12 is a 11-5/8" stainless steel cover, the replacement lid for the Winco SST-12 and SST-16 stock pots, SSFP-11 / SSFP-11NS fry pans, SSSP-10 sauce pan, SSDB-16 / SSDB-16S double boilers. It seals in heat and moisture for simmering, holding and storage, and replaces a cover that has gone missing from the line.
18/8 stainless steel with a riveted handle; commercial dishwasher safe. Match it by the pan model in the fit list, or by measuring the inside rim of your pan against the 11-5/8" cover diameter.
